Dave McCarty

Design Partner at Agency CBD, Dave McCarty works extensively in all aspects of design master planning and development. In addition to design and management duties within the studio, he is active in the International Code Council and on local zoning & planning boards.

With an integrated knowledge of commercial real estate development, Dave works well with developers, leasing brokers, commercial tenants, and corporate facility officers. He participates regularly with the Future of Work Community, professionals dedicated to creating the work place of the future today. This cross-disciplinary group considers every aspect of where, why, how and when we work; with the goal of making our work, our world, and our lives more harmonious.
